1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can't  be cancelled once ordered, but if immediately contacted within 2 hours.

Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further assistance (if applicable).

3. Cancellation by Niraaya By Nidhi

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

The product is out of stock or discontinued.

There are errors in pricing or product information.

The transaction is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent by our payment gateway.

If your order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
