At Niraaya By Nidhi, we ensure every product is quality-checked before shipping. However, returns or exchanges are accepted only in specific cases.

Returns/Exchanges are applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing video proof (mandatory).

Conditions

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for minor variations in color, size, or finish due to lighting or photography.

For hygienic reasons, jewellery cannot be returned once worn or handled.

Send an email to niraaya.official@gmail.com
 within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Attach your order ID, product photos, and unboxing video.

Once approved, you will receive further instructions for exchange or replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in rare cases when a replacement is not possible.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
